That nightmare fate never found me. Thankfully, he latched like a champ from day one, and I never gave up on being his sole source of nourishment so that he could grow and reap the benefits. Although my supply took a dramatic turn for the worst at about nine months, we pushed through. read more in a post here + here It wasn't easy, and because he never took a bottle it was beyond stressful. After nights of no sleep, no help from my husband because he clearly is unable to nurse (ha), and one to many nip slips, we've set our sights on ensuring that this little girl would take a bottle.
We've done a lot of research, and also based what we tried with our son to create the list above. In no particular order these are the bottles we will be purchasing. All are specifically created for babies who are breastfed. They are lightweight so the baby can easily hold them, some are made silicone or a soft rubbery material to simulate the soft feel of their momma, and aside from their rockin' features they also have amazing reviews.
