What you'll need-
2-4 tilapia fillets *I would recommend 1-2 fillets per adult*
Garlic powder
Goya Adobo (linked it here for you)
Seasoning salt (linked it here for you)
Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper (linked it here for you)
Guacamole
Flour tortillas
Hot sauce
Pico (cut up tomatoes, onions, and cilantro mixed with fresh lime juice and a dash of salt)
What you'll do-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Put parchment paper down on baking sheet.
Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Put tilapia on tray.
Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder, Goya Adobo, seasoning salt, and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 min. Keep an eye on it because some cuts can cook quicker.
When the fish is done, place it into a flour tortilla (we cook our tortillas on the stovetop). Scoop some guacamole on top, and add the pico and hot sauce!
That's it! Simple, and so yummy. Thanks for reading!
XO,
Mrs. Measom
