Jalapeño poppers

Whenever we have a party of any sort, there are always some jalapeños involved. Us Michigan Measoms love us some spicy, and who can pass on anything wrapped in bacon… unless your vegetarian that is #whoops.

The Mister made these for the Super Bowl. I'm usually the one to make them, and later he confessed his fingers were on fire. So beware!

What you'll need...
12 jalapeños (slice in half and remove the seeds)
6 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cups sharp cheddar (shredded)
6 pieces bacon (halved)
tooth picks

What you'll do…
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
blend cream cheese and cheddar with mixer. 
fill jalapeños with cream cheese-cheddar mixture.
wrap bacon around jalapeños.
fasten bacon to jalapeño with tooth pick.

Enjoy your quick and easy spicy hot treat!
