With DC, there are never enough walks. He will clutch two toy cars in either hand as tight as can be while we stroll, keeping on eye out for "trucks!" In his eyes life is simple, and I try and see things the way he does. I think kids come into families to teach the parents what is really important, and to bring joy into the hearts of the people they are around more than anything else.

Sure, it's not all rainbows and unicorns, but it is pretty dang close. Today, while dressing DC, he had a moment where I said something in an accent with a silly face, and almost instantly he was laughing so hard he tooted. Guys, I mean that's it right there! That's what life is made of. The laugh so hard you toot kind of moments.
