White Chicken Chili


One of my favorite and easiest recipes to make is this White Chicken Chili. It is yummy and packed with protein! It's also spicy, but since we always eat spicy it isn't anything out of the ordinary for us. Hope you love it as much as us Measoms do!

What you'll need…
6 cups organic chicken broth
1/4 cup onion or leek 
3 chicken breast (cooked and shredded *cook in slow cooker for best results*)
2 cups store bought salsa verde (we love this one)
1 avocado  
slices of lime of garnish

What you'll do…
Combine and stir chicken broth, cooked-n-shredded chicken breast, cumin, onion or leek, and salsa in large saucepan. 
Bring to boil.  
Reduce heat to low.
Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
Dish it up with avocado and limes on top.
