I love tacos, and that is no secret.
I shared the other day that I sliced my finger in half trying to make some guacamole (don't worry the avocado was not harmed in the process), but I learned from a friend on Instagram that "avocado finger" (as her doctor referred to it) is a thing. She too cut her finger while halving her avocado!
In college I used to also use avocados as a hair mask. I found it was super hydrating on my dry, brittle hair. I also found out recently that avocados can benefit fragile skin! Since my kids have dry eczema prone skin, picking up the Mustela Stelatopia line was a no brainer for me.
I love that Mustela sources ingredients from plants, and all of their bébé line products have Avocado Perseose which you can read more about here. It's super hydrating for my kiddo's sensitive skin, and acts as a barrier + shield from the cold winter and winds that are fast approaching.
Now, I use avocados both in the kitchen, and thanks to Mustela, in the bathtub on my kiddos skin! Since my love for avocados runs deep, I’m bringing you my favorite guacamole recipe. Enjoy!
