Tin Foil Salmon

What you'll need (serves two) . . .

Salmon fillet (fresh)
Red onion
Lemon
Asparagus
Salt + Pepper
Garlic Powder
Foil

What you'll do . . .

(preheat your oven to 400 degrees)

1. Place two pieces of foil on your baking sheet. Make sure the pieces are big enough to close them shut over the asparagus and fish.

2. Lay down three pieces of asparagus.

3. Place fish over the top of the asparagus.

4. Cut three or more slices of onion to lay on top of the fish.

5. Add three or more slices of lemon on top of the onions.

6. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice over everything.

7. Close the foil over the fish.

8. Cook for 20 to 40 minutes (we cook ours for 40 minutes because we prefer it a little more well done).

tip- the asparagus can get soggy the longer you cook it. if you do want to cook your fish longer, simply open your foil up towards the end of your cook time to help prevent sogginess.
