A little riddle for a moment to remember.
I'm the kinda girl who goes to the grocery and always buys herself a bouquet of flowers at checkout.I'm the kinda girl who sometimes rebels like a teenager, just to see what happens. Like the other day, I bought a dirty DP (dr. pepper w/ coconut flavoring), after 10pm. #badtothecore #not
I'm the kinda girl who checks out books from the library, with every intention of reading it (in my spare time, whenever that is), and never do.
I'm the kinda girl that hates to get asked "what do you do all day," after people find out I'm a stay at home mom. #keepyourcoolmrs
I'm the kinda girl that can be looking for something in the grocery for hours, but when an employee asks me if I need help finding anything my instant reply is "oh, no. I'm good. Thank you!"
I'm the kinda girl that loves to coddle her son.
I'm the kinda girl that makes dinner for her husband no matter what.
I'm the kinda girl that sleeps when I am overwhelmed.
I'm the kinda girl that smiles when she really wants to cry.
I'm the kinda girl that laughs when her husband gives her kisses. #everytime
I'm the kinda girl that is proud of her man.
I'm the kinda girl that cheers for her son's burps, poops, & crawls.
I'm the kinda girl that loves her family with her whole heart.
I'm the kinda girl that is still learning everyday exactly what kinda girl I am.
I'm the kinda girl that never wants to be perfect because I'd be a little know it all, & no one likes a know it all. (winky face)

Okay I love this so much, and I have a confession to make. I'm the kinda girl that sees you at H&M over the weekend and is too nervous to come tell you that she loves your blog and your style. That's all! So sorry if you saw me weirdly mustering up the courage to say hi, but then not doing it at all. Also, keep drinking those Dirty DP's and loving your family, and learning about who you are. Those are the beauties of life!
ReplyDeleteDani,
DeleteSweet girl! Thank you so much! You made my day! I wish so badly you would have come up to me! I would have loved to talk with you. I too am rather guilty of spotting mommas who's blogs I read, and not saying hello, but always wishing I did!
Next time you see me, say hello, and I will give you a huge squeeze! You're the best!
Big huge hugs.
xo,
