1 roast (beef or pork)
1 bunch of parsley. Tied together- makes it easier to remove after cooking. Save some for garnishing.
1 onion chopped
4-5 whole carrots peeled and chopped
1 bag of small red potatoes chopped (I leave the peel on)
1 packet Italian dressing
1 packet ranch dressing
1 cup chicken broth
What you'll do-
Place roast into the center of greased slow cooker. Optional- sear roast to brown before putting it into the crockpot.
Place cilantro and veggies around the roast.
Pour both seasoning packets over veggies and roast. Make sure to flip roast to cover all sides with seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-5.
