5 ingredient White Chicken Chili



One of my favorite and easiest recipes to make is this White Chicken Chili. It is yummy and packed with protein! It's also spicy, but since we always eat spicy it isn't anything out of the ordinary for us. Hope you love it as much as us Measoms do!

What you'll need…
6 cups organic chicken broth
3 chicken breast (cooked and shredded *cook in slow cooker for best results*)
2 cups store bought salsa verde (we love this one)
1 Avocado  

What you'll do…
Combine and stir chicken broth, cooked-n-shredded chicken breast, and salsa in large saucepan. 
Bring to boil.  
Reduce heat to medium-high.
Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Dish it up with avocado on top.
