My mother has always been this amazing force in my life. She just beams strength and love.
It seems to me that my mother just has it all together. She knows what is important and what isn't. She knows how to be strong for herself and for her family and friends. If I could just capture that, just a smidgen of it, I would save it in a box, and open it whenever I needed that extra "umph."
I know that her life wasn't always easy, but the hardest moments were the ones that made her strong. I want to be just like her in so many of her strong ways.
She is an amazing role model, and someone I will always look up to. It may not be Mother's Day, but today is a day that I appreciate her for all that she has done and all that she is. She's kinda major, if you ask me.
