Christmas Cookies with Walmart+

Tis the season for spoiling loved ones and for drinking way too much hot chocolate.

I was feeling festive and decided to make holiday cookies for our neighbors. I love receiving handwritten cards or homemade treats. So, naturally I figured I would return the favor. 

I went to the store and got a pack of Oreos, some peppermint candies, a few little gift bags, some chocolate chips, and some other items not on my list. Shhh it can be our little secret. 

I was super excited to start making the holiday cookies when I got home. I melted the chocolate and crushed up the peppermint candies. It smelled heavenly. I laid the parchment paper on the baking tray, and put a drying rack on top of said tray. Then, I started dipping the Oreos into the yummy melted chocolate. To my great dismay, I had only dipped a few Oreos into the melted chocolate before running out.

“Dang it,” I thought, “now I will have to go back to the store for more chocolate.” 

Nope. Not anymore. I grabbed my phone and within minutes I had more chocolate coming to my doorstep. What is this Christmas magic you ask?
